In the third quarter of 2018, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur had opened up a tender for an incinerator for their animal pound in Cheras. KL Benua Sains Sdn Bhd(BSSB) had proposed the renowned brand Inciner8, which originated from the UK, which incorporates the latest technology to address the associated pollution control from waste management. This DEPHRA certified Incinerator which meets the European Union guideline for emission is first to be installed in Malaysia
BSSB was successfully awarded the tender in November, 2018. In March of 2019, the incinerator arrived in DBKL and was ready to be installed. Our engineers arrived at the site and started the groundwork and piping wiring to prepare for the installation.
The installation required grounding prep work, setting up the storage tank for the incinerator burner and assembly of the incinerator. Once installation was completed, the commissioning for the incinerator took place in order to make sure that the burning process was complete and left no residue. Commissioning was successfully completed on the 18th March 2019.
